Golf Ranch Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Types Covered
These Terms apply to all Golf Ranch Memberships, including Founding Membership, Early Access Membership, Ranch Pass Pro (Annual), Ranch Pass Annual, and Ranch Pass Monthly. Membership benefits and pricing are listed on our website and promotional materials.
Golf Ranch may update benefits periodically and may modify, discontinue, or rename Membership types at any time.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal
All Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.Annual plans renew into their corresponding annual Membership type. Monthly plans renew month-to-month at the posted rate. By purchasing, you authorize Golf Ranch to charge your card on file—including updated card information provided by your bank—until you cancel.If pricing changes, we will notify you before your next billing cycle. Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate suspension of Membership benefits.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. Benefits remain active through the day before your next billing date. There are no refunds or prorated credits for unused time.Canceling prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Golf Ranch cannot retroactively cancel or refund Memberships once a billing cycle has been processed.
Cancellations can be made online, on-site, or by phone. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Payment Failures
If a payment fails, Golf Ranch may retry the charge. Benefits may be paused until payment is updated. Membership may be canceled if payment remains unresolved for 7 days.
Golf Ranch is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft charges, or penalties resulting from Membership billing.

5. Limited-Quantity & Prepaid Memberships
Founding Memberships, Early Access Memberships, and other limited-quantity or prepaid Memberships are nonrefundable, available only during designated promotional windows, and may include one-time benefits that do not renew.
These Memberships renew into Ranch Pass Annual unless otherwise stated. Golf Ranch may verify eligibility and revoke accounts obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent channels.

6. Daily Free Bucket Terms
Certain Memberships include a daily free bucket benefit redeemable only at Golf Ranch Grand Prairie. Buckets must be redeemed in person by the Member and do not roll over.
Golf Ranch may request identification to verify use. Availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, capacity, maintenance, or private events. Buckets have no cash value.

7. Ranch Pass Pro (Annual Membership)
Ranch Pass Pro is a 12-month Membership that renews annually at the then-current rate. It includes a daily 120-ball bucket at Grand Prairie and all standard Ranch Pass benefits.
The Membership term cannot be paused or extended. No refunds or prorated credits are offered on annual plans. Free bucket redemption may be subject to daily capacity limits.

8. Giveaway Entries
Some Memberships include giveaway entries. Rules and drawing dates will be published separately. Entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Golf Ranch may substitute prizes or cancel giveaways if necessary.

9. Account Responsibilities
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information and for following all on-site safety and conduct policies. Members are responsible for all activity associated with their account unless reported as fraudulent.
Golf Ranch may suspend or cancel a Membership for misuse, policy violations, attempted resale of benefits, fraudulent activity, or chargeback disputes.

10. Non-Transferability
Memberships and their benefits are non-transferable. Identification may be required to verify Membership use.

11. Changes to Terms
Golf Ranch may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted online and will apply at the start of the next billing cycle unless required earlier for safety or compliance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Facility Availability & Use
Golf Ranch does not guarantee uninterrupted access to facilities, bays, lessons, or services. Availability may vary due to weather, maintenance, private events, capacity limits, or technology outages. No refunds or credits will be issued for limited availability.

13. Liability Waiver
By using Golf Ranch facilities, Members acknowledge inherent risks associated with golf activities and agree to use all equipment and facilities at their own risk. Golf Ranch is not liable for injuries, property damage, or lost items except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your primary Golf Ranch location resides. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, unless prohibited by law.
