$10,000 Hole-in-One Challenge – Official Rules
GOLF RANCH GLENDALE $10,000 HOLE-IN-ONE CHALLENGE – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The $10,000 Hole-in-One Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by Blue Jeans Golf, LLC d/b/a Golf Ranch Glendale, 8710 W Maryland Ave, Glendale, AZ 85305 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, its parent company, and its affiliates are not eligible. Professional golfers (anyone who holds or has held PGA, LPGA, or other professional tour status, or who is paid to play or teach golf) are not eligible. Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Challenge Period. The Challenge runs from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM MST on each of Thursday, November 5, Friday, November 6, Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, 2026 (together, the “Challenge Period”), or until the prizes are awarded, whichever comes first. Sponsor may close the Challenge early for weather, safety, or course conditions.
4. How to Enter. Entry is free. To enter, register online at golfranch.com/glendale-10k-hole-in-one or in person at the Golf Ranch Glendale front desk with your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth, then check in at the designated Challenge station during the Challenge Period. No purchase, bucket, membership, or tee time is required to enter or to attempt a shot. First-time visitors to Golf Ranch Glendale may receive one complimentary bucket of range balls for warm-up; the bucket is not a condition of entry and does not affect eligibility or odds. Limit one (1) registration per person for the entire Challenge Period; additional registrations by the same person will be void. Each registered entrant may take one (1) swing per day on each day of the Challenge Period (a maximum of four (4) swings total).
5. How to Play. On each day of the Challenge Period, each entrant receives one (1) swing from the designated tee at the designated Challenge hole, at a distance of approximately 160 yards, using the entrant’s own clubs or clubs provided by Sponsor. The swing must be taken in the presence of a Sponsor-designated official (the “Official”). Practice swings that do not strike the ball do not count. A ball that strikes any person, object, or cart before entering the hole is not a hole-in-one. A ball that is holed and then retrieved, or any attempt taken without an Official present, is void.
6. Winning and Verification. A hole-in-one occurs when the ball comes to rest in the hole on a swing counted under Section 5, as witnessed and confirmed by the Official and at least one (1) additional Sponsor employee. The Official’s determination of whether a hole-in-one occurred is final. Sponsor may require video review before confirming a win and will record Challenge attempts for that purpose. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the first eligible entrant to make a verified hole-in-one during the Challenge Period. If the Grand Prize is won on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday (November 5–7, 2026), a $2,000 Bonus Pool is unlocked. The Bonus Pool will be divided equally among all eligible entrants, other than the Grand Prize winner, who make a verified hole-in-one after the Grand Prize is won and before the close of the Challenge Period on Sunday, November 8, 2026. If no eligible entrant makes a hole-in-one during that time, the Bonus Pool is not awarded. If the Grand Prize is won on Sunday, November 8, the Challenge ends and no Bonus Pool is unlocked. The Grand Prize winner is not eligible for the Bonus Pool; no entrant may win more than one prize or more than one share of the Bonus Pool.
7. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize of $10,000 USD. One (1) Bonus Pool of $2,000 USD, available only under the conditions in Section 6 and divided equally among all qualifying Bonus Pool winners; each Bonus Pool winner’s share is determined after the close of the Challenge Period. Maximum total prize value: $12,000 USD. Each prize or share is paid by check to the verified winner within 30 days after the Challenge closes and the winner completes the documents in Section 8. No substitution or transfer. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 and may require a completed Form W-9 before payment.
8. Winner Documents. Within 7 days of a verified hole-in-one, the winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and a Form W-9, and must present valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to do so, or any finding of ineligibility or rule violation, forfeits the prize.
9. Publicity. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your name, likeness, voice, hometown, and statements about the Challenge in any media, including social and video content, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Conduct and Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry or verification process, provides false information, violates these Rules, or behaves in an unsafe or unsportsmanlike way. Entrants must follow all facility rules and Official instructions.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected registrations, or for technical failures of any kind.
12. Changes and Cancellation. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge if fraud, technical failure, weather, or any cause beyond its control impairs its administration or fairness.
13. Disputes. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Challenge and, if you opt in, to send you Golf Ranch marketing by email and SMS. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at golfranch.com/privacy-policy.
15. Winner Information. For the name of the winner, if any, email nik.bando@golfranchusa.com after November 15, 2026.
